Overnight camps are scheduled around a long weekend (four days). We have found that children are able to learn and concentrate well for that period of time. So the length of the camp is structured to keep learning levels high. During the camp we focus on teaching good horsemanship skills that will improve any style of riding--Western or English. We work both inside the arena and out on the trail. The camp ends with a horse show where we invite friends and parents to see the horsemanship skills that the children have worked so hard to accomplish. There are other activities as well. Camps are small, so that every child receives good individual instruction.
The 3-day morning camps occur during the week. They end after lunch at approximately 1:30 p.m.
