Our beginnings in 2003 came about when Willa Rose set out to help young victimized girls with equine therapy. The community outreach quickly grew the program to include boys too. Many came to us through the Foster Care system. By opening up the student potential, we discovered entire families benefited from their time spent in nature, and standing in the presence of our horses. They are such sentient creatures cultivating magical healing. Our horses are the stars and therapists. Cool headed with generous hearts always forgiving and setting the example of respect with each student.

We enjoy the wisdom and experience of three equine professionals in the industry and volunteers who share a love of horses along with helping others. Our supervisor is Clinical Licensed Therapist, Joseph P Morisette who has 30 years in recovery work for men, women and you adults with PTSD.
