Students and Horses Excel
What is Working Equitation? Bringing working horse skills together for Any breed, Any Attire, Any Saddle.

Who can participate? Introductory levels up to Intermediate levels for adults and youth, and Adaptive Riding students,

This sport is hosted by our Idaho Oregon Trail Working Equitation Affiliate Organization with the USA Working Equitation... USAWE.org

Our Clinician and Judge for the Schooling Trials is Cari Schwartz from Oregon City, Oregon returning for our 3rd training clinic. We aim to upgraded our sport locally in order to advance the sport nationally within our Region 1.
Cari is easy to work with and loves working with all ages and levels of horses and riders across the US, Canada and beyond. Be prepared for fun filled and educational Working Equitation weekend.

Cari taught Dressage at the Cross Nations Camp and Cup in July 2022. She continues her education attending WE Judge Seminars, Clinics, the Pedro Torres Academy since its inception, and the USDF ‘L ‘ Judge Program. We are excited to have her continue to train us in preparation for our 2023 licensed show season.
What do you get? You will get two days of excellent training to help you perform in all three phases of the Schooling Trials (schooling show) on that third day. Some folks say, "But I don't want to show!" No worries. Just consider it a little test in a low-key environment where you get to try out your new skills and make errors too. Everyone who has said "I don't wanna" has commented afterward with glee on how fun it was.
